At the end of the Mass and all prayers you should always say amen. I also say you should make the sign of the cross during prayer and when doing the Missal as it requires. Never question the dogma, doctrine of the Church, just believe and have faith, ask for wisdom and knowledge, even if you don't understand it you must believe and also have faith. Do not question the issues of faith and morals of the true Church. None of us knows it all or can understand it all or the ways of God. Do not question God, He does not budge nor do His ways change nor His will, and if God does something different then that is His prerogative. Love God above all, do His will, pray for this and all things. You will be guided to know what to do and what to avoid. Reiki healing is a way of being healed by other spirits and you are to avoid it, best to be deaf dumb and blind and eventually get to heaven then to enter into hell with a healthy body. Yoga has its cutoff points, do not meditate in these classes. They are offered in fitness clubs. I do one yoga a week and have seen physical benefits, but no I do not meditate or get in touch with these higher powers because they are not God. You cannot pray Jesus Jesus either. I urge you to always pray for and ask the Holy Ghost for discernment of all things, people, and spirits. Ask for virtues and sanctifying grace and other graces from God and the Blessed Mother. You must constantly seek the truth and be of good will. It is not easy to live a saintly life but in order to be holy God must dwell in you and you must be joined to the Body of Christ and His Church in order to please God. The saints may have walked carefully on eggshells not to crack them. I wasn't there to see how St. Francis lived. I will never be a saint though you and I should try to be but strive to be holy even if you fail. If you have denied any issue on faith and morals pertaining to the Catholic Church, abjure from it by verbal or written or even both forms of abjuration even if you cannot find one or more witnesses in your behalf. If you think you may have denied the faith and morals that excommunicated you by divine law then it is best to abjure and retake the profession of faith from the Council of Trent. "Know you not that the unjust shall not possess the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor the effeminate, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor railers, nor extortioners, shall possess the kingdom of God."(1 Cor. 6:9-10).

I am not always sure about what I read in other websites but I caution you not to fall into a deeper pit if they are wrong even if I use some of the information from their sites, books, videos, cds... Richards' site johnthebaptist.us has now indicated that Pope Pius IX is a heretic and apostate from two encyclicals he wrote. My belief is that in writings of true Popes, not always saints and certainly not theologians throughout the history of the true Church but that a true Pope cannot err in faith and morals when he teaches with authority so he cannot be deposed as a heretic or an anti-pope. If he were to become a heretic and he was a true Pope then he does not become an anti-pope he is severed from the church as a heretic though then loses his office and power. I think and I believe that in matters pertaining to Leo XIII and the last three Popes and Popes before Leo that they may have made some errors but not dogmatic or doctrinal, God forbid if they did. I believe it is heretics who have always tried to destroy the Church and its faith by influence of the freemasons and other modernist pigs of the past centuries that changed actual documents of Popes so we would be bound to believe there is salvation outside the Church or other dogma and doctrine we must believe. ONCE A DOGMA IS DEFINED OR FAITH, MORALS, LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR TO YOU, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED, IT IS GOD THE HOLY GHOST TRINITY INSPIRED THAT SAID SO BY ITS TRUE POPES. Down with all heretics who rewrote some of these encyclicals and added or took away some things that were from these accused Popes. If we deny that we are in communion with a true pope we take the chance of being excommunicated also. Be on solid rock and not on thin ice by some of the things others may say since what they present may in fact be untrue not that it is their fault since many true documents from Popes, saints, and good theologians has been destroyed or tampered with by the HERETICS! Please when you pray your missal to include the word saint, St. if it is omitted from my scans or from other missals I show on my websites. Not stamping out a heresy such as the attack on the salvation dogma does not excommunicate Pius XII. He is a bad Pope maybe the worse and the bridge to Vatican II. Please don't go to the points of Richard Ibranyi on declaring that Pius XII, Gregory XVI and other true Popes were apostate anti-popes, I think there is not sufficient evidence to make these claims and until I get a hit on the head from the Holy Ghost to teach and tell that other true Popes lost their offices I must tell you to believe that they did not lose office. To not be in communion with them though they are dead and in heaven, hell or purgatory is too dangerous for your soul. You sever a true Pope you sever yourself from the Catholic Church. You lose your soul if you do this. In January 2014 R. Ibranyi has a new audio lecture that shows without sufficient evidence that popes since 1130 and cardinals ... were apostates, heretics. I do know that many Popes did evil up to Pius XII, did not always stop error or evil but that is not enough to prove these popes lost office but were bad Popes. Many of the popes and cardinals and clergy, bishops are in hell, most Catholics throughout the centuries are in hell. Many were heretics but very few Popes may have fallen into heresy. There was philosophy and other evil things occurring within the Church but despite this the Church did not err. All councils up to Vatican I are true councils. We cannot go this far by believing there were no true popes since 1130. It is also true that there are 42 anti-popes prior to John XXIII the first apostate vatican 2 antipope. These 42 antipopes that were not heretics to the best of my knowledge did not teach or advocate apostasy, heresy or immorality so they did not deviate from the faith. They were possibly undeclared heretics unlike bishops who lost office such as Nestorius or Arius. The reason why most Catholics throughout the history of the Church lost their souls was because they were bad catholics, they either were in heresy, immorality or many other mortal sins so you and I cannot be like them nor even hate those who are your worst enemies. You may dislike them, find them despicable and have contempt for them without going too far. Now there may be a few true bishops in south america and in three countries, and they would be independent and may consecrate other bishops, ordain and confirm. My belief is the antichrist comes to more power when there are no more true priests that may be in 20 to 50 years. He will come sooner or later a hundred years later or sooner we don't know. The goal of the enemy was by 2025 to destroy the priesthood worldwide, meaning commies, masons, and the Jews.
