If you believe it is okay to have premarital sex or natural family planning you would be a heretic it is in the Bible and in Catholic teaching. If you fornicate you commit mortal sin but if you know it is wrong and immoral, against the will of God you are not in heresy. The advocating of these and isms are heretical. Most isms and ideologies are heresy. Relativism, Humanism. Americanism, Pelagianism, and these other heresies not listed have been around since the early Church or came later, some show up in different forms.
